Customer Spotlight: Pure Water Technologies
One of the fun parts of any customer interaction is the chance to learn. While our main goal is to help a customer realize a vision for a project, as we get to learn their business, we also learn things that help us in our everyday lives as well. One of the companies for which this is really true is Pure Water Technologies here in Bozeman.
Water is all around us, not to mention the majority of what our body is made up of, ultimately, so most of us feel like we “know” about water, but when you talk to the team at Pure Water you realize there’s so much you really don’t know. A few examples:
We had heard about hard water before, but in one of their many helpful videos on their site, Pure Water points out that hard water doesn’t just mean a lack of suds when you’re trying to do dishes or wash your hair. It can also lead to:
Soap scum
Clothes that don’t get washed as well
Clogged pipes
Appliances having shorter life spans
Speaking of soap scum, we also learned that the “squeaky clean” feeling isn’t clean at all, but is soap scum, caused by the interaction of soap with dissolved minerals. This can also lead to itchy skin, frizzy hair, and wrinkles. Eek!
They’ve also got a helpful blog that gives useful information all year long.
Needless to say, learning more about their business led us to do some checking of the water quality in our office and homes. Having a better understanding of what they do and why it’s important has made it even easier to bring Pure Water’s messaging to life.
We had a chance to chat with their Fleet Manager, TC Carpenter, recently, about his experience with us at TWA. We had been working with Pure Water before TC arrived some years ago. We’ve had a chance to help them with stickers, window graphics, truck wraps, and trailer graphics, just to name a few. When we asked TC why he liked working with us, he said, “Good products, good communication, and smiling faces I can hear over the phone!”
These smiling faces have had a blast designing and wrapping their 11 vehicles that service not just Bozeman, but Gardiner, Livingston, Big Timber, Big Sky, West Yellowstone, and Three Forks. He’s a big fan of wraps: “Definitely get your fleet vehicles wrapped! They protect your factory paint and offer great visibility for the company. I love the idea of a constantly moving billboard letting people know about us.”
We look forward to helping Pure Water share their message with current and future customers for years to come!
