One of the often unspoken aspects of any business is its culture: how team members interact with each other and with customers every single day.  While we might each have our definitions of what that culture means, we took the time earlier this year to have everyone write down his/her top words to describe our company culture and we found a lot of overlap in what people thought.  So, we wanted to take a little bit of time to share what we came up with!

Thoughtful Creativity

No matter what business comes through our doors on a daily basis, we want to blow them away with our designs and thoughtfulness about their business and how they represent themselves.  We take the time to listen to their story and what they want to convey to the world and then create intentional and eye-catching designs to do just that.

Sometimes clients are starting from scratch, other times they want to do a rebrand/refresh, and other times we are problem-solving.  We’re always taking inspiration from the art and music and photography we see around Bozeman and around the world. 

Quality & Precision

All the creativity in the world won’t matter if you don’t put together a quality product that looks sharp and lasts a long time.

We use the highest quality materials in the market (and quality costs!) and those quality materials are installed by 3M certified installers, of which there are a limited number in the entire state of Montana, much less in Bozeman.  From design, to production, to installation, all we do is double and triple checked by members of our team.

We notice things that our clients don’t, in part because we are in this stuff every single day.  Think of a little knick in the vinyl, an edge that isn’t cut perfectly, or something in the design that isn’t quite hitting the right place on the vehicle.  All these details set us apart and that extra effort is something we care about internally, but our customers sense it too.

Friendly & Fast Communication

One of the concerns that clients bring to us when they first call is communication.  They’ve been burned by “the other guys” in town who wouldn’t respond to them for weeks, or who told them they could get a project done in a set amount of time and then didn’t.  We pride ourselves not only on having a smile you can hear whenever we answer the phone, but we are responsive and communicative: you’re going to know if there are any holdups with your project (and why) or if we managed to get it done earlier than expected.  Someone is always here during business hours to answer the phone and emails are answered within the same business day.

We will get you a quote within two business days of meeting and our first designs to you within two more business days.  We are totally opposed to a lot of tedious back and forth on projects.  We value your time (and ours!) and want to be as efficient as possible.  Our clients see that and mention that in their reviews.

Joyful & Fun Atmosphere

So how can we deliver creativity, quality, and friendly communication?  Because we love to have fun here at the office.  We know a lot of people claim “work hard play hard” as part of the spirit of their businesses, but we really mean it (stop by the office some time and we’ll show you!).

We treat each other with respect in part because our personalities mesh well and that respect extends to our clients.  We care about them and treat them like friends and sometimes they become friends too!  We want our clients to leave with a great overall experience, not just a finished product.
